We can analyze your current employee benefits plan(s) and report to you our determination of your plan(s)' ability to meet your needs both financially and from an employee retention aspect. We can suggest ways to tailor benefits to your employees and save unutilized premium dollars. We will review your funding arrangements and see if you can benefit from a self-funded plan or if your self funded plan is or is not working to your advantage. We can also work with your employees throughout the year on difficulties they have with their benefits to alleviate some of the work load on your human resources department.

We begin by doing an analysis of the company's current benefit plans, history and future expectations. Then we request from the insurance marketplace plans that fit their needs and check for accuracy. We narrow down the choices to the best options for the employer and present our findings. After meeting with the decision makers of the employer to choose a plan or plans, we implement the new plan or plan(s) along with the employer's human resources department. After the enrollment meetings we collect the paperwork and transmit it to the appropriate insurance companies. We then handle all the administrative and claim questions continually throughout the year.

We set up and administer Flexible Spending Accounts from premium only plans to full Cafeteria Plans for any number of employees. Plan documents, payroll verification, weekly claims adjudication, check printing, 5500 reporting, discrimination testing, enrollment meetings, employee notifications and quarterly reporting are some of the things we do for our clients. Payroll tax savings can be substantial for a properly implemented plan. Claims are processed in house from faxed claim forms to minimize turn around time.
